Riikka is one of our newcomers – PA with ambitious plans and some credits in film already!
Graduated from Business Administration program Riikka has an understanding of many assisting duties in the office. Besides that she’s been able to adjust her skills on set too – working as a driver has become familiar on larger sets and productions and she’s been assisting on crowds and set tasks of local productions too. In summer 2024 Riikka also shadowed our casting department to onboard herself on casting work better.
Riikka wants to embrace new possibilities and is open for work in multiple departments. Though she’s experienced in assisting mostly in production department she’d would love to dive into casting and assistant directing next. To have more understanding on the tasks she’s completed BBG AD Bootcamp in 2023 getting to know crowd casting and management as well as the call sheets workflow. In the future she’s also interested on becoming a 3rd AD.
We’d suggest Riikka as a great addition to any team looking for a fast, social assistant who knows their way around office softwares and gets excited of all kinds of productions!
