Analysing the execution and results of our training programs is very important to us. As we believe in transparency, we want to share some of the feedback we’ve received from our training program participants.

Kiitos tuhannesti ohjelmasta! Se on opettanut järjettömän paljon uusia asioita ja ohjelmia, ja tuonut elämääni ihania ihmisiä. Ihan liikuttaa se työmäärä ja aika, jota te BBG-tyypit olette tähän laittaneet, jotta ala saisi uusia ammattilaisia ja terveempiä rakenteita.

Oli ihan mielettömän hyvä koulutus ja opin enemmän kuin olisin edes osannut toivoa. Olitte myös aivan ihania ja kannustavia koko kurssin ajan ja aina selvästi pistitte parastanne ja todella paneuduitte ohjelmaan. Kiitos todella paljon kaikesta vaivannäöstänne. Varmasti paras paikka saada AD-koulutusta koko Suomessa.

Vaikkei kurssi itsessään ollutkaan työsuhde niin sillä oleminen tuntui tietyllä tavalla työkokemukselta ja halusin vain tuoda vielä sen esille, kuinka en ole ollut koskaan aikasemmin mukana yhtä kannustavassa työympäristössä! Iirikseltä, Annilta, Emmalta ja Ainolta sai hirmu paljon tukea ja arvostin todella paljon sitä, kuinka paljon kannustitte laittamaan matalalla kynnyksellä viestiä teille ihan milloin vain tarvitsi apua.

Tämä koulutus oli upea ja itselleni todella tarpeellinen steppi urallani. Tein ja opin paljon asioita, joita en muuten olisi oppinut.Olette koko BBG:n tiimi upeita ammattilaisia!

Koulutus oli todella hyvin suunniteltu, ja se sisälsi tuhdissa paketissa valtavasti infoa. Oman projektin läpikäyminen kaikkien vaiheiden osalta oli todella hyvä ja opettavainen tapa opiskella. Mikäli asioita olisi vain käyty teoriassa läpi, niin en olisi varmasti oppinut kuin 5% siitä, mitä nyt osaan. Se että käsittää kaikkien kolmen AD:n työnkuvat, auttaa hahmottamaan työtä paremmin ja sen syy-seuraussuhteita. Vetäjät olivat ammattitaitoisia ja heillä oli viimeinen osaaminen kentältä. Tunsi että on ajan hermolla, ja että opetuksen aitona tavoitteena oli luotsata meitä tulevia työprojekteja kohden. Kiitos valtavasti kurssista, tämä on ehdottomasti ollut timanttisimpia juttuja tänä vuonna!

Olen todella kiitollinen näistä opeista, en olisi ajatellut että uusi ura urkenisi näinkin pian. On ollut aivan huikeaa saada opetuksen aikana sekä sen jälkeen työtarjouksia, etteivät opit mene hukkaan tai jää pöytälaatikkoon. Usein opiskellaan ahkerasti ja bisnespuoli ja työnhaku jäävät kokonaan huomiotta, mutta tässä se on huomioitu ja se on ensiarvoisen tärkeää.

“I try to dream less and enjoy more the point where I am right now. Being new in the industry and not having enough skills felt difficult and embarrassing before. Now I try to think that this is an important phase and that inexperience is nothing to be ashamed of. Learning new things started to feel very exhilarating during the program.”
