Milla is a solution oriented, strong worker who can handle any kind of a situation. Her background lies in events production in which she’s worked on since 2018. After we’ve gotten to know her it’s been easy to employ her almost non-stop through these years. She’s been very liked – as she handles her work well as well as creates a great atmosphere around her.

In her work in events Milla has eg. produced, planned and scheduled programs, coordinated volunteers and workers and helped on setting up and wrapping up stations. She’s also managed artists and catering in the events. This is what made it natural for her to start working in films as a Catering Coordinator. Milla’s work has included managing multiple moving elements, creating daily breakdowns of crew and cast attending the shoot and meals to be served, leading the serving of all meals and planning the logistics of catering vehicles and crew. She’s handled the department independently taking full responsibility of delivering what’s needed. Milla has also developed the workflow further making sure her time is spent as efficiently as possible.

Now that Milla has gathered experience of making sure crew is fed properly and on time she’s looking into moving more towards other productional duties. She’d be interested to work on positions related to logistics or other productional arrangements – eg. as an assistant or a coordinator. As she’s got plenty of experience from different scaled events we see her being an adaptable and hands-on worker – ready to unleash her potential into the production of films and TV series!
