Crowd AD / Talent Coordinator
An aspiring casting talent Sini is a former Make Up Artist and Hairdresser who’s shifted into assistant directing and casting in 2022.
Sini’s speciality is open, hands-on attitude with exceptionally good social skills. She’s in her element with cast, extras, elderly, kids – anyone who needs a little extra care and love (may we say most of filmmakers in the middle of any production!). Sini works efficiently and is willing to learn more to be able to deliver even better in the future.
Sini has been able to develop her skills further on both casting and on-set crowd management during the last year. Currently she’s looking into gaining more experience as the Extras Casting Director or Crowd AD. She’s also interested in evolving her skill set in productional work – on everything regarding preparations for productions, administration, HR and so on. Every now and then Sini also jumps back into Make Up and Hair – she’s assisted on larger productions and even has few shorts as the Designer under her belt.
Logical positions for Sini are would be working either as the Crowd AD or Crowd Casting Director on a local, smaller scale production (eg. lower budget TV series) or as a part of AD or production teams on a larger one. She’s also a potential worker for any production office or set – helping hand for the production team starting from running errands to coordinating cast and extras.
