We were introduced to Ronja during a TV series production in 2022. She was in charge of casting masses of extras to large scale shooting days in a sports event. Job that’d make many people freeze and panic – but not her. With some guidance she mastered her duties being able to both convince enough people to join the event as well as help out on being their key contact person in regards to any information of the shoot.

Ronja is a focused, devoted worker. She’s built experience as a Journalist and Promotor before as well as worked as in a team leader position in restaurant industry. She works tirelessly to complete her tasks and truly cares about being able to fulfil everyone’s wishes. Ronja’s special talents lie in the casting and organisational work of getting the crowds to location – though she does not mind joining the team on set either.

After her successful work in few larger series we were excited to see what would the future bring for us together. We’re looking forward bringing her to yet another production in casting team to develop her skills further and create possibilities for new success stories. Besides casting related work we see Ronja as an excellent candidate for open positions as a Production Assistant or Crowd, Cast, Set or Base PA.
