Production & AD Staff
Neea is known to be a worker who’s not making a fuzz of themselves but is always paying attention to what’s happening. She’s sharp and focused and has been becoming more and more independent on her work through the years. Having gathered experience both on set and in office Neea’s an excellent choice for any job that includes duties requiring understanding of both worlds. She’s familiar with time sheets, expenses reports, logistics plans and drafting production documents – but she’s also done a fair share of cast and crowd management on set. In the future Neea would also be interested to help running the set as a 3rd AD and to develop her skills as an Assistant Casting Director.
Besides the actual production work Neea also worked in BBG’s HQ as an Assistant Office Coordinator in fall 2022 and continued assisting when needed since then. Her work has consisted of assisting in administrative tasks, sales and HR duties – including but not limited to invoicing, drafting and sending working agreements, communicating with employees and clients. She’s also got a background on event and theatre productions.
