His all-around AD capabilities, combined with his understanding of wellbeing and strong team dynamics, make him a valuable asset for any project. His peers regard him as one of the best in his field, and his track record proves that he has the talent and drive to excel in the field.
With extensive experience as a 2nd Crowd AD, Tommy has consistently demonstrated his ability to manage complex sets and ensure smooth workflows. He has worked both on light weight local productions as well as on larger international ones. This means his abilities are flexible over a wide range of production and crew sizes as well as duties. He understands the work on set, in the office and at unit base.
Currently, Tommy is focused on advancing his career as a 1st and 2nd Assistant Director. He has already successfully stepped in as a substitute 1st AD on multiple occasions as well as run few productions himself. Known for his ability to coordinate set operations seamlessly, Tommy thrives in roles that demand quick decision-making, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of on-set dynamics. Through his last productions he’s built a strong routine over call sheets, reports and other demands of any 2nd AD. He’d be a strong candidate to take over a larger scaled production as a 2nd AD, especially when understanding over Nordic working conditions and ability to eg. run another unit is needed.
